What is Pretty Loving Thing return policy? How did it work?
Return Policy is for the benefits of our Pretty customer, if there is any issue regarding the order then a user can have an option to return the product within 7 days once the product is delivered.
The condition of the return of the product –
- The product should be in its actual condition.
- The product should not be washed (The dress should not have been used)
- The product should have the actual tag.
Point to note – Once the item is received back in the warehouse then there would be a quality check before we started the process of refund.
Users can apply to the return request from the site or the app. For applying follow these simple steps mentioned herein, before 7 days of the delivery.
- Click on the tab of My Account.
- Check the product details and select the product which you want to return.
- Click on the return tab (For the return of a particular product)
- Tell the Valid reason why the user wants to return the product.
- The request will be monitored and reviewed by the management.
- A confirmation mail will be generated to the user for the return of the product.
- The delivery man will collect the product and send it back to Pretty Loving Thing.
- The condition of the product will be evaluated by the respective department.
- An Executive will get into a telephonic conversation with the user and review the process to initiate the refund.
